$1,000,000,000,000 will be invested in Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure globally by 2040. At our company, we are creating mobile solutions for electric fleets to provide their drivers with seamless, reliable, and cost-effective charging while growing utilization for charging owners and networks. We believe that charging should be ubiquitous, reliable and affordable and will relentlessly improve the charging customer experience.

Our company is backed by Congruent Ventures, Powerhouse Ventures, and prominent climate-tech angel investors. The founding team has extensive experience in consumer tech, marketplaces, and electrification.

The role

This is your city - your job is to make charging an EV in LA easy, reliable and magical. You will own the customer experience and business objectives for LA. You will help launch our new charging product for electric vehicle fleets in LA. You will be responsible for driving growth, and marketing, ensuring great customer experiences, and managing the unit economics of the city.

You will be responsible for

1. Configuring and launching operations in LA
2. Continuously monitoring and optimizing the charging experience for users
3. Serving as the primary contact with our partners’ local teams - ensuring their goals are met and their staff are trained on our charging products
4. Ensuring drivers get the best customer support

Experience:

The total years of work experience is irrelevant, however, you must have experience managing complex operations - ideal industries include mobility, logistics, supply chain, and others that interface with the physical world.

Experience working at a startup is preferred.
